  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password secure.
  • Use Corsa Nero only on vehicles you own or are allowed to track, and never to follow a person unlawfully.
  • Tracking, alerts and the kill switch help protect your vehicle, but we cannot promise to prevent or recover a theft.
  • Hardware bought from us can be returned in working condition for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and is covered against defects for as long as it has an active subscription.
  • We may update these terms, and if you keep using Corsa Nero after a change, you accept it.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Corsa Nero Security platform, hardware, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. For fleet accounts, you represent that you are authorized to add drivers and their contact details and to receive operational messages on their behalf.

The Service

Corsa Nero provides GPS tracking, security alerts, a remote engine immobilizer (the kill switch, on supported hardware), OBD diagnostics, geofencing, fleet management, and related features. Functionality depends on device installation, cellular coverage, GPS availability, and vehicle compatibility. The Service is provided to help protect and manage vehicles but does not guarantee prevention or recovery of theft or any specific outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on vehicles you own or are authorized to track. You may not use the Service to unlawfully surveil or track any person.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the app at any time; there is no contract. Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Hardware purchased from us can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact support to start a return; the device must be returned in working condition.

Hardware warranty

Corsa Nero devices carry a lifetime warranty against defects and malfunctions for as long as the device has an active subscription. If a device stops working, contact support; if we cannot resolve the problem, we replace the unit free of charge. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, tampering, or damage caused by improper installation.

If you enable SMS, you consent to receive operational and security texts as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corsa Nero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from theft, accident, device failure, or service interruption.
